I am a London-based freelance media relations adviser and writer. I have over 15 years’ experience of working in charity and not-for-profit communications. I am here to help you develop and deliver your media campaigns and to create accessible and engaging content.

How can I help?

Prior to becoming a consultant in 2017, I worked in-house for a leading disability and social care charity. There, I led teams across the fields of press, policy, public affairs and campaigns to bring about change and improve lives. Before this, I worked as a parliamentary researcher and adviser.

I now use my knowledge to help organisations gain targeted media coverage to increase profile and raise awareness. I am also an experienced writer having been commissioned to create several guides and online resources around disability and communication. Across my work, I am passionate about supporting issues-based organisations to create clear and impactful communications.
